Missed Delivery
If you miss your delivery it will be returned to the courier company's depot. They will leave a card for you indicating that they attempted delivery. You need to contact the courier company directly to arrange for redelivery of your order or to collect it from a pick up location (if preferred). There may be a cost of second time delivery.
Change of Delivery Address
We can update your delivery address prior to dispatch. However, should you need to change your delivery address after your items have been dispatched, re-direction charges will apply.
